Massage therapy for stress, injury and general wellbeing
Years of experience has led me to adopt the Hydrotherm System for the vast majority of my clients. Forget about lying face down looking at the floor, you can enjoy a more natural position lying on your back with your body supported by warm water-filled cushions. The warmth helps to ease tension and relax the muscles, and your massage treatment feels even better.

Deep tissue massage……
As the name suggests, deep tissue massage goes beyond the superficial layers of muscle tissue and is not massage for relaxation. Using long, slow strokes and pressure, I use a variety of massage techniques that will relieve chronic muscle tension and improve blood circulation. Highly therapeutic, you’ll feel revived and reinvigorated.
Suffering from pain or restricted movement?
Targeted massage of the affected area and skilled manipulation provides pain relief, as well as correcting and normalising the body’s muscles. Massage is ideal for many common issues, including:
- a stiff neck
- upper and lower back pain
- frozen or knotted shoulders
- whiplash
- repetitive strain injury (RSI)
- postural problems
Anyone who exercises regularly will also benefit from massage – you don’t have to be an elite athlete! Massage helps improve suppleness, flexibility and circulation. If you’re carrying a particular injury, massage will speed up the healing of damaged or stressed muscles, tissues and joints, as well as reducing the risk of future injury – so that you can enjoy your sporting activities to the full.
