Hi all welcome to a new website – hope you like it. I am so pleased with the new look – thank you Hadden at HeHa Design.

Course dates and all the other information you need are here. The next course which takes us up to Christmas is 8 weeks – fee for the full term is £76. If you need to only part book the term the non discounted rate applies as normal – £11 per session. Don’t forget these do need to be pre-booked. Last year we made a collection for charity this year we will be collecting toiletries for the Beauty Banks – toothbrushes, soap, razors, sanitary products, shampoo, deodorant, baby wipes – there is an endless list. For the month of December I will have a box in class that you can put in any donations. I am just giving you the heads up – so you can start shopping 🙂 Even samples are useful. I plan to donate all we collect to the nearest food bank in time for Christmas.

Reformer – yes I did promise an open day on the reformer and here is the date Friday 9th November – first session starts at 10am – come along and try out the reformer – just £10 for an introduction to the fabulous Pilates reformer. The Reformer will help you to better understand resistance and opposition and find those deep core stabilisers – suitable for all abilities. If you want to come with a friend – I can offer duets – a combined session. Email to book your place.

Free To Roam

Remember you can use my freetoroam option if you miss a prebooked class and give me at least 24 hours notice that you are unable to attend your prebooked class.

Using the free to roam option means you can go to another class either the same week or later in the course.

I can’t guarantee a place, so do check with me first, text or email is fine. Classes not taken cannot be carried forward to the next term or refunded.
