Hi all – I hope this missive finds you enjoying the Whit Sun bank holiday. Certainly started in dramatic fashion with a truly spectacular thunderstorm. I am looking forward to another term where we find our own thunder and lightening 🙂 Continuing to heal, strengthen and create a real Pilates body and of course, have a few smiles along the way. Bring it on.
This term takes us up to the end of July and covers 7 weeks with the fee due £66.50. If you attend Pillaton and paid for the full term last time you will only need to pay £57.00. Fees can be paid by cash, by cheque – add a £1 for this method, or by bank transfer Elizabeth Court 089300 79425946. Please make sure it is clear who the payment is from. Fees need to be paid before the first class of term – thanks.
Just a reminder – freetoroam is always an option for you to make-up classes if you miss you pre-booked class. But please remember you must give me 24 hours notice that you can’t make your class.
If you would like to  have a session tailored to you – to hone your Pilates technique – either matwork, reformer or Chair, or just iron out those aches and pains with a deep tissue massage don’t forget you can book into my studio for a 1:1 with me.
